Role Summary

As a Product Marketing Manager, I led brand and product marketing initiatives, spanning digital campaigns, content strategy, and platform development. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to leverage MarTech and data analytics tools to improve marketing performance and operational efficiency.
I also served as the internal specialist for Facebook Ads and Google marketing platforms, supporting campaign execution, troubleshooting, and client education.

Translated executive strategies into a case study and self-produced video, securing the Golden Award for Best Programmatic Buying at the Digital Singularity Awards in 2018.

Directed data-driven marketing strategies and utilised MarTech tools, optimising performance and engagement to reach 10,000+ potential customers.

3. Event Marketing & Growth

Orchestrated 5+ large-scale offline events with over 1,000 participants, driving customer acquisition and brand revenue growth.

4. Marketing Operations & Enablement

Streamlined internal operations and analytics tracking by integrating CRM, MarTech, Google Analytics, and GTM, whilst empowering clients to independently manage their ad campaigns through custom instructional video courses.

5. Product Storytelling & Content Strategy

To help more prospective clients better understand how ACHO can be applied, I produced a two-minute introductory video showcasing practical scenarios. In this project, I was solely responsible for the storyboarding, asset illustration, and animation.
